- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 2 ounces Rosa Sarti
- 1 ounce club soda
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime slices, mint sprigs
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass generously with ice.
- Pour in the rosé Prosecco, followed by the Sarti Rosa.
- Top with the club soda.
- Give the drink a gentle stir to combine, being careful not to lose too much of the carbonation.
- Garnish with a slice of lime, or a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
