Looking for the perfect sip to elevate your summer afternoons? Meet the Rosé Hugo Spritz — a refreshing twist on a classic European spritz that blends the floral notes of elderflower with the crisp elegance of rosé wine. Light, bubbly, and effortlessly chic, this drink captures the essence of warm-weather relaxation. Whether you’re hosting a garden brunch or lounging on the patio, the Rosé Hugo Spritz is your new go-to for stylish sipping.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 ounce Elderflower liqueur
  • 4 ounces of Rosé Prosecco
  • 1 ounce of soda water
  • 1-2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur) and 1-2 mint sprigs into a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for two minutes.
  2. Add ice, the Rosé Prosecco, and soda water.
  3. Stir to combine gently. Garnish with a mint sprig.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

*Directions are for using the Elderflower liquor.  IF you find the rose liquor, switch out the Elderflower liquor and use the rose liquor in its place.

*The other variation pictured is to use rose water instead of the Elderflower liquor. That, too, is an alternative.  I added 1/2 ounce of simple syrup to this combination, as my Rosé Prosecco was not sweet.
