This heirloom tomato salad just screams summer!  Juicy, flavorful, & made with just a few simple ingredients, this tomato salad is the perfect side dish to add to your menu!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 1/3 cup cheese (your favorite kind!)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter.  (you can sprinkle with a little salt & pepper, but I find the dressing has enough flavor I don’t any more).
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of salad dressing over the tomatoes. 
  3. Taste; Add an additional tablespoon of dressing depending on the size of your tomatoes. 
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.  Serve and enjoy!
