- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2%
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups fresh herb mix (parsley, basil, dill, scallions or chives)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process or blend until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 day.
Notes
Makes roughly 1 1/4 cups.
