- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, 0% or 2%
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, *optional
- Toppings: Easy Strawberry Sauce, Homemade Granola
Instructions
- Mix: To a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. You can always add more chia seeds, stir, and refrigerate for another hour or so.
- Enjoy as is, or add my easy strawberry sauce! Will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
