- 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup fruit of choice (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender (or using an immersion blender): Combine the Greek yogurt, milk, fruit, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth Blend until fully smooth and creamy, with no chunks remaining.
- Adjust Consistency: Add more milk as needed to reach your desired thickness. With some fruit you may need to add a little more milk to thin it out, however, I found with right around 1/2 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of fruit (strawberries and blueberries) it worked perfect.
- Serve or Store: Pour into a glass or bottle and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
