This blueberry ginger mocktail is refreshing, lightly sweet, and perfectly fizzy made with kombucha, ginger beer, lime juice, and homemade ginger simple syrup.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup kombucha, Blueberry Ginger
  • 1 ounce ginger beer
  • 1/2-ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2-ounce ginger simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill Your Glass: Add ice to a glass. You can always leave the ice out if all the ingredients have been chilling in the fridge!
  2. Add the Base Ingredients: Pour in the ginger beer, fresh lime juice, and ginger simple syrup.
  3. Mix and Taste: Gently stir to combine and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  4. Top with Kombucha: Slowly pour in the blueberry ginger kombucha last to help preserve its natural fizz.
  5. Serve: Give a very gentle stir if needed, garnish with fresh blueberries or a lime wedge, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Optional Add-in: 1 1/2-ounce vodka or rum, the idea was to make this a mocktail, however, adding alcohol and it tasted equally delicious!
