- 1 cup kombucha, Blueberry Ginger
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- 1/2-ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2-ounce ginger simple syrup
Instructions
- Fill Your Glass: Add ice to a glass. You can always leave the ice out if all the ingredients have been chilling in the fridge!
- Add the Base Ingredients: Pour in the ginger beer, fresh lime juice, and ginger simple syrup.
- Mix and Taste: Gently stir to combine and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Top with Kombucha: Slowly pour in the blueberry ginger kombucha last to help preserve its natural fizz.
- Serve: Give a very gentle stir if needed, garnish with fresh blueberries or a lime wedge, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Optional Add-in: 1 1/2-ounce vodka or rum, the idea was to make this a mocktail, however, adding alcohol and it tasted equally delicious!
