This banana blueberry smoothie is a great post workout smoothie recipe. Made with banana, blueberries, and almond butter, it’s antioxidant rich, and helps replenish and restore your muscles to expedite recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 small banana, frozen, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.  Blend until smooth.
