- 1 1/2 cups mango (248 grams), ripe, fresh mango
- 3/4 cup (170 grams) 2% or 5% Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk (122 grams)
Instructions
- Add the mango, Greek yogurt, and skim milk to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert the popsicle sticks according to your mold’s instructions.
- Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely firm.
- Remove the popsicles by running the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds until they release easily.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
