- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 8 slices of Brioche bread (each slice cut into 3 sticks)
Instructions
- Prep the bread: Slice each piece of bread into 3–4 sticks, depending on thickness.
- Make the custard: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (if using).
- Dip the sticks: Quickly dip each bread stick into the custard, coating all sides. Don’t soak—just a light dip so they don’t get soggy.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set to 350°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
- Cook: Arrange the French toast sticks in a single layer. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar, or Greek yogurt for dipping.
